The All-in-one RF switch design for seamlessly switching signals!
Introducing the RF Switch 1-8-1: a compact, broadband GaAs 2P8T switch that covers 10 MHz to 6 GHz. It delivers high isolation, low insertion loss, and is controlled via an 8-bit serial input.
Operating with a 0/+5V control voltage, it’s perfect for integration with various embedded systems and microcontrollers. Ideal for 50-ohm systems, this switch comes in a sleek 200x80x20mm package with 10 SMA female connectors and optional power/control ports.

The switch contains 2 x SP8T switches to connect both input channels to the 8 output channels. There are also 8 x SP5T switches used for each output channel to switch between input 1 and 2, and provide a selectable open, closed and terminated output if the channel is not connected to one of the two input ports.

ID Coil’s RF Switch project is still in progress. Matters are currently being arranged regarding the possibility of a subsidy for the RF SWITCH 1-8-1. Along with the partnership and collaboration with other organisations, the RF switch project has a bright future.
